I am currently a Senior Conference Producer and in this role, I conduct thorough research through cold calling, desk research, finding trends across markets, develop multiple full-day programmes across industries, search and connect with industry experts for speaking opportunities, present multiple briefs internally and topic generation for newer programme ideas. I have worked on products across regions, such as the Middle East and APAC, having produced Forums, Conferences, Trainings and Webinars. Some notable industry-specialised events include Finance, Payments, Marketing, Board Secretariat, Warehouse, Logistics, Shutdowns and Turnarounds, Private and Public Sector, Legal, Compliance and many more.Prior to this role, I was an intern and workshop facilitator at the Malaysian Mental Health Association, which entailed facilitation and creation of interactive work and activities with patients, as part of their extracurricular activities - I decided to name my classes “Respecting Differences”. On a personal note, that couple of months were truly enjoyable and quite an eye-opening experience. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Monash University, a major in Psychology and minor in Global Studies. Another exciting achievement and life-changing course of events. As part of my personal life, I do enjoy running, weight training, tennis, travelling, delving into the world of cars, fashion and music, reading and learning about the Universe and so much more. There is so much to life I look forward to experiencing, career development is part of that journey and I am truly excited for whats to come.
