As an Assistant Training Manager at EVRA Energy India Private Limited, I lead and manage the training and development of the sales team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to achieve the company's goals and objectives. I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, monitor and evaluate their impact, and provide feedback and coaching to the sales staff.I have over nine years of work experience in the training and learning and development domain, with a strong background in sales and marketing. I started my career as a Route Trainer at Vigour Mobile India Private Ltd, where I trained and mentored new hires on sales techniques, product features, and customer service. I then became a CRT Trainer at the same company, where I handled the campus recruitment and training of fresh graduates for the sales department. I joined EVRA Energy in May 2023, and since then I have contributed to the growth and performance of the sales team, by developing and implementing multiple training initiatives, such as online courses, workshops, webinars, and simulations. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have acquired several certifications and credentials in sales trainings, new hire training, and classroom training. I am also proficient in various software and tools, such as MS Office, Zoom, Moodle, and Salesforce. I am a motivated and collaborative leader, who values teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
