The Business Standard is a news platform that operates in both online and print versions. With the goal to promote good governance and best practices in business and economy, The Business Standard puts an extra emphasis on business news. However, it also covers general news, sports, features and entertainment.

The Daily Star is the most popular English daily newspaper of Bangladesh. My task as a freelance contributor is to visit different places and do reporting for Star Weekend.

Fact watch is a fact-checking site, which runs under the supervision of Media Studies & Journalism department of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). We check suspicious contents that are circulating throughout the internet for authentication. My task as the editorial assistant is to do fact checking and write the reports based on those findings. I also create small digital stories of 2-3 minutes that are uploaded in the Facebook page and YouTube channel of Fact Watch.

Verified.press is mainly a blog site created with the intention of doing fact-checking. I’m involved with it from the beginning as the content curator. My responsibilities include assigning different topics to content creators, proof-reading their articles and publishing them on the webpage. I write contents as well.
