My superpower is variety. An extroverted introvert who landed in creative operations two years ago, I've also worked in theatre, art, retail, events management, administration, and other odd jobs. I've volunteered for environmental non-profits, film festivals, and elections. I am logistics, operations, and detail-minded with an eagle eye for weaknesses in systems (and then, of course, finding ways to make them better). I'm a trainer and teacher, a developer of hard and soft skills, and a champion for staff. I seek work environments that are like community gardens: a lot of things coming together to grow and weather the storms toward something incredible. Outside of work, you'll find me on the trails, on a walk, or in the pool. I stop for every historical marker.
