- One of my biggest accomplishments was working one-on-one with some of Mobikwik's biggest merchants – IRCTC, WazirX, Tata 1mg, and UBER. I analyzed their transaction data, identified issues with failed transactions and refunds, and provided solutions to address them. Additionally, I manually refunded missing records and updated the database for existing ones, resulting in smoother operations for both the customers and the merchants.- On a weekly basis, I shared informative transaction and refund reports with merchants, having retrieved the data from SQL and MongoDB. Accountable and responsible for updating the BIN (Bank Identification Number) database which stores all the BIN approved by NPCI on weekly/monthly basis.
