1) Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure that proposed deals incorporate technical solutions that precisely address customer requirements and receive adequate support from key customer technical decision makers.2) Engage in consultations and communication with enterprise customers to grasp their business and functional needs, crafting tailored managed Cloud-enabled solutions to enhance their infrastructure.3) Enhance sales productivity and deal flow by securing the "technical close" in intricate solutions.4) Offer pre-sales technical support and deliver product education to both customers and the internal sales team.5) Develop technical presentations, showcasing how a product or solution aligns with client needs.6) Conduct client meetings and site visits for in-depth technical discussions, requirement gathering, and analysis.7) Provide sales practitioners with education on enhancing their understanding of requirements, qualification processes, solution formulation, pricing strategies, and potential risks.8) Collaborate closely with sales professionals, engineering teams, product development, and Customer Care to address technical issues that may arise during customer trials, particularly in Proof of Concept (POC) scenarios.9) Architect and re-engineer public cloud infrastructures to ensure optimal uptime and scalability, tailored to meet specific business needs. This includes designing solutions for deploying applications like SAP HANA on Cloud and migrating SAP/Microsoft ERP to a cloud environment from a non-virtualization setting.10) Develop disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) solutions based on Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud models.11) Contribute valuable knowledge, expertise, and best practices to project initiatives.12) Define the Scope of Work (SOW) and Division of Responsibility (DoR) for each project.
