 Handling recruitment responsibility for various positions with Telephonic interaction for candidates in Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, consumer durables clients.  Handling the entire (Non-Technical as well as Technical) profiles.  Sourcing profiles from Job Portal (Naukri/ Times.) as per the client's requirement. Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, technical fit, communication and pay package etc.  Conducting telephonic interview for Candidates to judge their communication skill and comfort level. Responsible for all reference checks of all relevant candidates. Posting job on Portal like Times and Naukri.  Co-ordination with the clients and candidates and carrying out the recruitment process smoothly.  Strong data management - Clean track of total recruitment activity, interviews (Daily, weekly, monthly) offers and joining and ensuring up-to- date compliance of the recruitment system and directives as communicated from time to time. Scheduling and conducting preliminary rounds of Interviews and coordinating with clients as well as candidate towards mutually convenient schedules.
