Testing Technician
Administers a variety of academic, career, and certification assessments to students and community members using various online systems and software while providing a high level of direct customer service. Acts as the official test proctor for these exams and follows strict policies and procedures. Maintains confidential testing records, databases, exams, and reports, all while working in a team environment. Supports the Avondale Student Services Specialist/Technician in ensuring a secure and appropriate testing environmentAssists with technical troubleshooting; provides technical support to students, candidates, and other team members. Utilizes various communication methods to correspond with Faculty, outside departments, and external companies regarding testing issuesProvides general and specific information to students, Faculty, and the public regarding the operation of the testing center.
