My focus since joining the workforce in 2003 as a sales and account management professional has been and will continue to be gaining valuable experience from my job opportunities while continuing to learn and further my education in my field of study. Although I am grateful for all that I have learned over the years, I will always be a student of the sales practice and enjoy reading new books and taking classes offered in my industry vertical. Throughout the last decade, I have specialized in the area of providing technical business solutions including staffing and the management of human capital for companies ranging in size from 25 employees to global organizations on the Fortune 500 list. More specifically, I have delivered solutions focused on assuring business leaders have the specific talent necessary to complete their business initiatives. The industries these organizations work in include telecommunications, financial services, automotive, and medical device manufacturing to name a few.In addition to the sales and account management aspects of my background, I have also gained valuable management skills from my responsibility for screening, selecting, and training all new hires in the office. Coaching and mentoring the people around me to help them achieve their personal and professional goals is something I take a great deal of pride in.
