Lead the Brasov location, the transition from Siemens to Cerner. Respecting the Romanian laws while adopting the Cerner Corporation mindset. Coordinate activities with the US administrative departments: human resources, legal, finance, accounting, benefits, payroll and with the local providers: accounting, payroll, medical services providers.Cerner did not have a presence in Romania prior to the acquisition of our department. As Head of Health Services Group I managed the Health Services portfolio with projects in 3 countries: Romania, Austria and Slovakia with a total of 150 employee.During the 10 years in Siemens I had different roles including Soarian Project Manager in Brasov (4 years),Team Lead (9 years), Scrum Master (2 years) Quality Manager(7 years), Software Developer (1 year).We were organized as Scrum teams with all the needed roles for the teams to function as a unit: analysts with medical background, software developers, support engineers, database engineers, software testers, scrum masters, test leads, technical leads, architect. The global teams are distributed to 3 continents (America,Asia and Europe).The team in Brasov were part of a global teams who develop HIS Hospital Information Systems:using java, c++, .net and SAP ABAP.
