The company operates a Shared Resources Center located in Chisinau, Moldova which handles the lion's share of the company's search execution.I started with Pedersen & Partners as Research Analyst in July 2010 and within 3 month was promoted to Trainer. In 2014 I moved into a management role as Team Leader, managing 10 people and my last role with the firm was Acting Manager Shared Resources Center. In this role I was responsible for managing 60 people across two offices. I held this role for 5 months.My main responsibilities were:- Building pipelines of executives and maintaining database accuracy.- Training new Analysts, conducting quality checks and providing continuous support to the analysts.- Managing teams ranging from 10 to 60 people.- Assessing and hiring new team members.
