Managing company's B2B corporate accounts on an on-going basis, focusing mostly on developing long-term relationships based on trust with financial institutions, law firms, military and security services, telecom.This includes frequent service follow-ups, problem solving, and emerging needs identification.On average I've been meeting with 8 contacts per week, at designated key accounts, developing relationships with key contacts including senior level individuals, identifying and targeting new business opportunities and documenting all the pertinent activity in Salesforce.com (SFDC).I've been also conducting various sales activities, including proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements.Defining and leading custom solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Responding to requests from customers for information, support, joint proposals, and pricing.Responsible for mentoring and managing junior account managers.
