Currently a Junior at Indiana University Northwest majoring in Business Administration, I am actively building a logistics and supply chain management career. I have hands-on experience as a warehouse associate in roles at food and beverage distribution centers. This experience has given me a solid foundation in warehouse operations, from data collection and inventory management to operating pallet jacks and other heavy equipment. I am known for my strong communication skills, attention to detail, persistence, and goal-oriented mindset, enabling me to contribute effectively to team objectives. Recently, at SpartanNash, we were faced with a significant increase in inventory demands with a limited team. Along with my designated role of stacking pallets, I was tasked with ensuring the accuracy of other stacked pallets at the end of the day. I collaborated with another team member to develop and streamline a process for fixing errors and returning products to the warehouse stock. As a result, we could find and fix errors that would have otherwise been missed, increasing efficiency during our busy season. My academic background in business and my practical experience in warehouses have equipped me with a unique perspective on supply chain processes. I am eager for new opportunities to apply my skills in the field.
