In addition to the listed under my previous role activities, I have been given the opportunity to support my Line manager in workload distribution, serving as a contact point for my team and internal customers, continuing to support team members and provide clarifications and suggestions regarding task completion, handling complex requests, not only working independently but also sharing the gained knowledge with team members and other colleagues as needed, communicating by email and MS teams to stay in touch during these challenging times of remote contact and no real life contact with my team

- Created and updated budgets for Proposals and Budget Revisions in accordance with internal guidance, client specifics, handled requests coming from International teams and made sure delivery was matching deadlines, quality and priority requirements- Created and updated guidance documents- Led New Hires in person and online trainings in both Bulgarian and English, created and updated training materials, assisted in New Hire introduction and mentoring- Participated in the organization of different internal initiatives- Used both MS Office and custom made software in my daily work, as well as Webex and Vendor specific system/e.g. Medidata BIDS/- Performed QCs- Provided guidance to members of other teams and got trained on tasks performed by other teams to enhance Support team flexibility
