Fitness and health are the two things that have shaped my life and my purpose. I am a Kinesiology student passionate about finding new and interesting ways of optimizing human performance as well as the general wellness of all populations, firmly believe that one of the keys to leading a good life is to be physically active, a message that I am determined to spread to the masses via education. My greatest strength, besides my never-ending curiosity about the scientific and proven aspects of this field, is guiding others through the sometimes complicated and confusing path of fitness and health. Making sure that every person I have the opportunity to work with gains a clear and minimalistic but effective understanding of their body's needs to improve in the areas of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Some of the tools that I use to continuously be effective in my field are:- The spread of reliable information always backed by scientific data.- Continuous study of the field in order to become a better trainer. - Great communication skills to effectively communicate information with clients and other people.
