The success of this includes consideration for the integration with other adopted standards, being in the corporate context or other disciplines such as agile development, security management (ISO 27000), Risk Management, Service Continuity etc. Service Management is a growing area of concern in today's strained economy, where significant development investments are rare and keeping 'the lights on' isn't good enough. By understanding the technical processes that underpin the business activities, organisations can truly do more with less.My Responsibilities include heading up Fox IT Managed Resourcing business supplying expert resources to our clients as required, covering skills in Service Management including ITIL,COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000 and Project and Programme Management. These resources are utilised from longer term operational roles or supporting temporary peaks in demand in specific project delivery, through to more strategic management facilitation. Fox IT Managed Resourcing provides resources from a broad set of internal experts, consultants and associates. This allows our clients to increase/decrease the resource requirements in line with the progress of projects through their lifecycle into production.
