- Provide technical support to existing/new customers - Manage the production team and make sure all systems are completed in timely manner- Provide specialized training and new computer product - Assist production with system builds - Create and store operating system images (Windows, Ubuntu)- Help RMA with second tier technical support. - Travel to customers site to provide technical support

 Work closely with sales and engineering teams on new computer system builds by ensuring all major components are compatible and meet the desired specifications.  Have experience in doing thermal testing, power consumption, torture testing, etc. to make sure parts are compatible Create datasheets on new products or update existing ones Follow important verification and validation testing procedures while creating the appropriate testing report documentation Attend trade shows and/or meetings with customers and partners to demonstrate our products and provide technical training in the United States and Latin America Hosted annual Latin America fly-in meeting and presentation with potential/current customers Assist the sales team with understanding and interpreting the customer's requirements  Collaborate and manage with co-workers to solve work-related issues and provide guidance in understanding the application and use of our products  Offer 2nd tier technical support and troubleshooting to our local team (RMA and production) Work closely with the Quality Department manager in setting up a proper testing procedure for computer equipment Help with customers' needs and respond accordingly and professionally Set-up equipment for proper use and specifications Provide training to the assembly production team on new computer builds  Experience in working with ISO9001 procedures
