- The organization and centralization of jobs at the Department of Technical Affairs - Taking care of the implementation of projects in the adopted annual investment plan within the jurisdiction of the Department- Proposal and development of technical solutions and the lead in developing of technical specifications in the preparation of tender documentation related to the sector - Carrying out the supervision of the construction of facilities and investments in the field of electrical installations- Control of the implementation of laws and other regulations, standards, norms for activities from the technical part of the Legal and Technical Affairs- Financial monitoring the implementation of commitments, investments, treatment and control of costs and deadlines until the moment of final settlement and takeover the works - Cooperation with the heads of ski centers in terms of allocating the necessary funds for the maintenance of existing installations of ski infrastructure, active participation in making plans for the future development of ski centers - Monitoring the state of available national and international funds for improvement of tourism infrastructure with proposals for a competition for those assets

- Supervision of the execution of electrical installations for residential and commercial buildings - Providing consulting services during the execution of electrical installations of systems to control and monitoring of plant for wastewater treatment- Participation in the preparation of annual and monthly business plan- Planning and definition of the term plans for projects- Defining priorities in the implementation of tasks- Estimation of required resources and factors for the implementation of projects, defining the scope of projects, goals, deadlines and allocation of resources within the project - Provide technical assistance in the preparation and development of technical documentation, - Solving the contentious issues in the process of realization of projects- Analysis of the results achieved and setting plans

- Production of preliminary and main projects of electrical installations of residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings- Carrying out of technical control of technical documentation- Designer`s supervision of the execution of electrical installations for industrial and commercial buildings- Active participation in the preparation of planning documents and obtaining the necessary conditions, approvals and permits for construction and operation permits related to the implementation of the process of building - Cooperation with relevant companies for the distribution of electricity in terms of creating the preconditions necessary for the performance of internal technical review of new buildings and bringing it under the voltage
