Current• General management of company operations. • Plan, manage and direct assigned projects and installations.• Lead new applicant interviews and existing staff reviews. • Accountable for all aspects of engagement with customers and key internal stakeholders, providing IT online and on-site technical support.• In-house developed application support and maintenance.• General management and motivation of 8 Technical Support Engineers and 4 Developers.• Develop and implement processes, systems and technology to support and enhance the technical support function, workflow and incident management.• Oversee general networking and fault finding and basic server management and maintenance.• Prepare client quotations and invoices, as well as age analysis.• Perform site surveys and capture client job cards.• Manage sales and stock management and purchases.
