• Liaise with Procurement team, Project Managers, Engineering, Project Controls, Accounting departments, Clients, Suppliers, Inspection Companies, Construction Contractors advising on schedules, budgets, estimates, procedures, market trends, shipping, quality, and service.• Contract management with vendors, working in conjunction with the purchasing department to find the best options for the oilfield operations.• Delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Different oilfields.• Generate pre-authorizations to suppliers based on current contracts.Full expertise: Oil and Gas projects, EPC projects, Biddings and vendor contracts’ compliance.

• Interface with shop personnel regarding the preparation of tools and equipment for jobs. Detailed technical knowledge and application of products in Product Service Lines (PSL's) is preferred. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.

• Prepare and issue tender documents, bid evaluations, purchase orders, agreements, negotiate Corporate and Client Terms and Conditions, make recommendations and obtain approval signatures for project related purchases.• Effectively negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, qualify suppliers, establish contracts, monitor performance, prepare and submit forecasts, establish supplier managed inventory programs, and ensure the facility has all materials necessary to operate efficiently.
