• Assurance quality in the process according to ISO 9001 2015.• Development of monthly Quality reports.• Follow up customer complaints with core team, analyzing and define the root cause and corrective action with 8D methodology.• Provide final process FPY to monitoring and evaluate the process performance.• Support and participation on Continuous Improvement Activities.

•Implementation of engineering changes due to quality defects, obtaining a 40% decrease in customer rejections and generating savings of $41K.• Attend weekly meetings with interdepartmental personnel representing the quality engineer, presenting quality metrics and corrective and preventive actions.• Address remakes and customer complaints, ensuring and inspecting the quality of the final product.• Provide and control Quality documentation like visual aids, quality alerts, procedures, CTQ audits and work instructions.• Participate in the implementation of a nonconforming process.• Participate in the introduction of a new product, ensuring that the line meets quality criteria, as well as the implementation and development of PFMEA and CPK studies.• Development of GR&R studies for the validation of engineering changes.
