Finance Business Partner
CurrentResponsibility:• Manage and develop monthly financial reporting process (including P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow statement and monthly commentary).• Communicate financial reports and information with business (including monthly catch up), to build up the relationship between finance team and stakeholders.• Manage and develop budgeting and forecasting processes.• Maintain project financial management, including project code creation, project budget maintenance, project financial settlement and project closure.• Provide ad hoc financial analysis, investigation and reporting. Achievements:• Delivered monthly P&L, B/S and CF statement, monthly commentaries, and reports on time.• Prepared and distributed monthly finance dashboard reports to each Business Units.• Met Facility Management and IT team for their monthly financial review.• Worked with our Commercial team to develop annual forecasting, budgeting, business planning timeline and budget assumptions.• Developed project budget and forecasting templates, and distributed them to relevant managers for data collection.• Provided ad hoc critical sales and costs analysis and reports for executive decision making.
