- Establishes E2E SBS EE on ELC (Onboarding and Off-boarding) activities for Australia and New Zealand in the KL platform as per Global policy and guidelines.- Ensures data in the workday are valid, reliable, and update.- Ensures deliverable of data flows to other downstream systems in the country.- Ensures data (new hired) or Leavers, input it correctly for payroll process in each countries with flawless execution.- Resolves any issue within SLA and OLA in timely manner with high level satisfaction from the customer (employee) or escalate to the next level.- Manages effectively the Key stake holders within the Organization and countries.- Identifies, assesses and manages anticipated resistance- Identifies, analyses and escalates risks- Defines, measures success metrics, and monitors continuous improvement update and progress

- First-level support for Workday system, covers mainly Malaysia and Hong Kong entities- Ensures data accuracy and system configurations are up-to-date- Supports other ad-hoc tasks for internal HR operations- Part of global On-boarding initiatives- Creates P-files for Stakeholders

- Supports HR systems such as PeopleFluent, Talent Connection, Workday, EWS, and Salesforce - Assists on Performance Reviews, Goals Settings, inquiries on hiring issues in PeopleFluent, Talent Connection - assists on Talent Acquisition operations regarding Offer Letters preparation, and background check orders in CSPI, GIS, PANGEA, and Enterprise Advantage - assists Customer Service Team to handle basic queries and also creates Certificate of Employment for clients- assists Executive Support Team on data transactions- Pioneer in this newly formed Team

I was assigned to the call contact department. My responsibilities were to answer phone calls by employees from Singapore, Philippines, and New Zealand. I was taught to either close the case personally or to escalate it to my superiors if it needed an experienced solution. I also took charge of payslip for Singaporean employees. I was in charge of payslips printing and then packaged it to the courier department. Besides work commitment, my team joined a futsal competition and got 4th place in the DHL Sports Carnival.
