Facilitate the management of MYR cash flows and daily cash reconciliation Perform reconciliation of MYR Cash Flow and Treasury System. Processing and confirming deals relating to Treasury Dealing including Fixed Income and Money Market and FX trades/deals, generating confirmation letters and confirms trades/deals in Summit System. Processing Deposit deals such as Fixed Deposit and Short-Term Deposits and matching with instruction from clients / branches via fax, email and phone call. Monitoring all placement maturities instructions such as rollover, partial rollover or withdrawal. To follow-up with the deals being captured accurately in Summit System and to process the deals accordingly. Execute settlement (incoming and outgoing funds, and Fixed Income Instruments) through RENTAS such as:- Preparing IFTS payments in RENTAS systems- Preparing / confirming SSTS trades- Monitoring all RENTAS messages and if necessary to take action as required- Ensuring all payments are made within the cut-off time as provided in the RENTAS rules Internal Job Rotation Training in Futures and Options Operations, OSK-UOB Investment Management Berhad (Unit Trust) and OSK Trustees Berhad's PDS unit.
