Perform network and systems assessments and, develop Get-Healthy projects that allow for successful MSP operations; Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes; Build, manage and maintain mixed VOSE (built on MS Hyper-V 2008 R2 / 2012 R2, VMware ESXI 5.x, and Citrix XenServer) and POSE, that connects to various types of storage technologies including DELL PS4000 series iSCSI arrays. Carry out data backups and disaster recovery using AppAssure, Datto and StorageCraft solutions; Construct equipment configuration prototypes for network hardware, software, servers, or server OS’s; Assess system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.

Support remote users in Middleburg, Parktown, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town who were users of Citrix software. Accountable for an up-to-date Asset Register, which contained all the computer equipment within the company.
