- Supervises Manila and Jakarta Project Finance activities (Billings, Payments, and Financial reporting analyses)- Manages Finance personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of team members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities, and timely performance feedback- Interfaces with Non-finance disciplines for issues and alignment of projects deliverables- Assess, tests, and prepares SOX documentation to ensure that controls in place are being followed- Assist, guide, and monitor Finance team members in month end closing activities- Analyzes Joint Operation (Venture) financial results (Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss), and provide inputs to project management on areas that has material financial change of the project.- Participate in the project risk assessment review related to future project scenarios that affects financial profitability- Participates monthly project forecasting review process with the project, office controllers, and business group management- Reviews monthly Project General Ledger Accounts, and Project Costs, Hours, Billings, and Reconciliations to ensure transactions are properly classified, and errors are corrected timely.- Reconcile Parent Company's Joint Operation Investment with the Investee Financial Statements- Assist and Reviews Project Cash Flow Forecasting to ensure the Joint Operation's working capital is at the Optimum level- Coordinate Fluor Corporate Accounting for any accounting issues in the execution of projects- Prepares Fluor Internal Corporate Reports - Assist External and Internal Auditor- Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

- Supervises and assists both Manila and Malaysia Finance team in routine financial transactions e.g. Client and Intercompany billings, Accounts Payable day to day activities, Weekly employee timesheet analysis etc.- Coordinate with Project Controls team in providing actual cost data for Cost, Revenue, and Hours forecasts.- Review Revenue and Profit Recognition in SAP's Results Analysis for actuals and forecasts- Provides variance analysis for previous month's PMAR for Revenue, Cost, PGM and Hours- Approves and signs Project Margin Analysis Report (PMAR) together with the Project Director and Project Controls Manager- Collects unrecorded liabilities and input them into SAP before month end close- Creates and maintains SAP Project Structure and Project Characteristics e.g. customer location, project scope, contract type, customer, etc. on PMAR- Review Cost Hours Billing Reconciliation Analysis provided by Manila and Malaysia finance staff- Analyzes Joint Venture Financial Statements and prepares owning take up/proportionate consolidation in accordance with US GAAP at Fluor's book (as partner) based on the final Joint Venture Income Statement- Prepares Elimination entries for the Fluor's Revenue in accordance with US GAAP- Elevates concerns to Project Director, Office Management, Business Line Management that may impact project profitability- Prepares Quarterly Project Working Capital and provides explanation for monthly variances between actuals and forecasts- Prepares and submits quarterly Project Cash Flow forecast to treasury- Provides quarterly forecast to regional office on Investment on Joint Venture and analyzes and explains variances.- Assists with external and external auditors during audit- Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
