Main Responsibilities:• Controlling the record of the costs-hours of consultants• Responsible for calculating cost-hour of consultants monthly and updating the system.Main Achievements:• Improving cost information quality, training consultants for operating correctly the working hours system in Argentina and Chile.• Coordinating changes in the project management control system in order to obtain accurate and timely information, working with external consultants.
