BC Ministry of Health- Assist callers by providing guidance regarding the COVID-19 Vaccinations and Proof of Vaccinations- Resolve customer issues and confusion with patience, quality communication and problem-solving skills- Enforce safety policies towards callers regarding COVID-19 towards callers- Strong ability to work under pressure, through high call volumes and assisting- frustrated callers- Schedule vaccine appointments for callers and assist with Proof of Vaccinations

- Assist with updating master SDS files/binders- Assist with creating, maintaining and updating safe work practices, safe job procedures and job hazard assessments- Assist with updating safety policies- Record and update training records, safety talks and safety equipment records- Organize and assist with safety meetings and safety talks- Assist with JHSC files- Assist with vehicle, equipment and accident claims- Assist with equipment inspections
