• Assisting in research and analysis of Internet governance issues in Indonesia;• Conducting regional and international digital policy studies;• Preparing periodic reports on Internet governance; And• Collecting and passing on information related to Internet governance.

Project Officer has the main function of providing administrative and operational support for the program "Preparing a Policy Brief to Ensure Energy Transition Policies are Harmonized and Comply with Human Rights Norms and Standards", with the following description:• Participating in meetings in preparing activities and, based on meeting decisions, helping prepare the ToR and activity budget drafts;• Assisting the Program Manager in preparing the implementation of training activities, seminars and workshops, including preparations: participation, invitations, transportation and accommodation for participants, attendance list, rooms, etc;• Carrying out administrative and financial processes in discussion activities, field studies, FGDs, workshops, and the like;• Preparing activity documents and activity financial reports, including expense reports, photographs, attendance lists, invoices, and proof of expenditure/payment;• Assisting the Program Manager, in preparing contracts for consultants, experts and other external parties required for program implementation;• Creating funding documents for training activities, seminars and workshops according to a predetermined budget;• Making documents proposing payment of experts by the agreed contract;• Preparing documents for submitting payment of Project Junior Staff salaries and Program Manager salaries according to the agreed contract; and• Carrying out other relevant work according to conditions and needs, based on verbal and written instructions from the Program Manager.

• Assisted the research department (economic opportunities department, food security & agriculture department, and education department), especially in writing and analysing policy papers.• Dealt with data interpreting, reviewing the literature, collecting data, transcribing interviews, and communicating with relevant persons such as policymakers and other stakeholders.• Conducted daily media monitoring in Indonesian Media on several issues such as education, alcohol, trade and economy, food and agriculture, digital economy, vaccine/covid-19, migrant worker, community livelihood, tolerance, consumer protection, and plastic.

• Organised promotionsin Senior High Schools, education and an exhibition on Jabodetabek;• Assisted the promotions in 12 Senior High Schools every month during the semester proceed; and• Documented the promotions along with the students.

• Conducted an International Relations Journal Article on "The Development of Indonesian Military Power on the Dynamics of Power Competition in the Region" under the supervision of the lecturer;• Collected and analysed secondary data from books, reports, journal articles, and news articles;• Provided ready access to all experimental data for the supervisor; and• Facilitated reports and presentations.

• Conducted data gathering using NVivo to opinions and statements from 100-150 Public Figuresin news articles, journal articles, and social media in 2 Opinion Maker Identification Research Projects: China-South Korea Relations & Islamic Polarisation; and• Collected the data in Microsoft Excel and delivered it in a presentation to the supervisor.
