Tasks and responsibilities:- Participated in development of CRM system for power supply industry.- Wrote scripts for automatization of CRM processes, which includes SQL scripts for metadata and processes steps, UI templates (with internal tool based on XML) and services for data exchange with billing systems.- Created multiple reports with advanced queries from scratch, containing different diagrams and sub-reports in JasperReport.
