Multisite responsibility supporting 4 manufacturing plants in Los Angeles, providing strategic leadership for a complex and unique beverage process. Direct reports include leadership roles in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Controls Automation and Site Security.

Site leader for a beverage manufacturing facility producing carbonated soft drinks, flavored seltzers and energy drinks.

Responsible for all maintenance and engineering teams supporting 8 packaging lines. Executed against brewery strategy to improve Machine Efficiency year over year, reduced Maintenance cost per barrel and deployed WCM principles across the floor.

Led the team responsible for producing 60% of the brewery’s volume. Complete oversight of 3 high speed packaging lines including all aspects of Safety, Quality, Cost and Volume with a team of 7 direct reports.

Line Manager for the highest producing packaging line in the brewery with the highest overall Machine Efficiency. Improved efficiency from 88% to 92% during time in role. Led several Focused Improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime and improving quality metrics using advanced RCA tools.

Responsible for all maintenance on a high speed can packaging line. Established routes to leverage RCM practices including thermography, sonic and oil analysis to prevent failures. Plant project coordinator for a capital project which improved line performance. Managed a yearly budget to align with the brewery’s maintenance cost per barrel goals.

Managed a beverage distribution warehouse holding 350,000 plus cases with over 300 SKU’s. Turning over an average of 30K cases on a nightly basis to support a Direct to Store delivery system. Managed a force of 50 union employees, 10 certifiers, 1 inventory control coordinator and 3 Warehouse Supervisors. In charge of yearly department budget, including all labor, repair & maintenance.
