I have 3 roles: Lead Charter Coordinator, Ramp Agent, Guest RelationsLead Charter Coordinator- Cater to high-end executives/VIP- Communicate with an operations team to find transportation arrangements for guests whether its a same-day or different day booking- Correspond both via email and over the phone directly with clients and assistants- Map out flights and provide a quote with a price breakdown for clientsRamp Agent-Check-in guests by collecting payment, safety briefing them, weighing them, weighing their luggage, and inputting them into the preflight manifest- Flight follow and communicate with the pilot over the radio once he reaches certain checkpoints- Prep the aircraft by fueling, loading luggage, handing out life vests and escorting guests onto the helicopter- Partake in monthly meetings/trainingGuest relations- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service- Find solutions to complaints or negative feedback- Make daily reservations for flights to Catalina Island- Answer questions
