My major is accounting at BMCC and I have learned courses about accounting such as financial and cost accounting, and I doing well at them. I also have learned the computer programs such as QuickBooks and Excel. I can use these programs to help the company to record its daily transactions, prepare financial statement, and calculate the tax and so on. I have developed an interest in studying accounting at BMCC and hope to transfer to Baruch College to learn more about accounting after I graduate from BMCC. Also, in the last semester at BMCC, I am looking for an internship to learn how an accounting firm operates and how to help companies to solve their financial problems by using accounting knowledge.
