- Manage the daily operations in the warehouse- Manage the daily dispatch of orders from customers, regardless from sales team or from online platform. The scope includes but not limited to the pick and pack of the items, the preparation of the related documents, the booking with the courier agents, and the update of related information in the company system, etc- Manage the receipt of ordered item parts, including the receiving of delivery parcels, the verification of content, the update of related information in the company system, and the allocation to the warehouse shelves- Monitor the shipping of the parcel, including the customs clearance and the last mile delivery, and update the related POD records internally- Monitor and review the stock level of different categories of items, to communicate with sales team for ad hoc needs, and to order the necessary amount of stock to ensure sufficient stock level maintained- Regularly conduct the stock take activities, to ensure the accuracy of the system data- Review the SOPs involved, and generate the necessary SOP for updates- Review the operations process and the warehouse setup regularly, and to discuss with different stackholders for improvement and the implementation plan- Help customers to solve enquiries and order issues via different channels

- Monitor the daily operations in the parcel processing center- Communicate with the distribution drivers regarding the daily parcel delivery issues- Monitor the driver performance and push for improvement- Manage the human resources allocation and manpower planning to ensure smooth operations on daily basis- Communicate with service partners e.g. agencies companies, delivery partners- Act as the communication channel between the management and the frontline staffs- Communicate with staffs and managers from other shifts on daily matters and focused areas- Communicate with the transport department to ensure the parcels are smoothly transported between depots- Facilitate the depot windowing service opening to customers for sending and collecting parcels- Provide required information and support the CS team on complaints or enquiries from the customers / recipients

- Monitor the daily operations in the mail processing center- Ensure the quality of internal processing is maintained, especially regarding the time range and the compliance to agreed quality level- Review and improve the operations workflow of the mail processing center, and to take the lead to stimulus the frontline staffs to brainstorm improvement options- Review the internal processing system to ensure the system can match the processing requirements of the updated mail products- Conduct regular review over the productivity level of the frontline staffs, to make sure the manpower level is at optimum level- Prepare regular reports for management review and planning- Conduct internal education to other departments like sales team for better understanding over the product operations requirement- Communicate with departments of local office and regional office as for co-ordination, review and planning- Co-ordinate and co-operate with external service vendors e.g. airfreight vendors, in the aspects of service quality and rate negotiation- Regular review over the routing network of products with cost and quality taken into consideration- Involve in the discussion of new service products, especially in the aspects of preparation and implementation- Take lead in projects related to operations sectors, e.g. relocation of processing center

- Act as the department head of the e-Commerce Logistics Department, lead the team and the product development as the pioneer- Review the performance and efficiency of the vendors and internal parties, with the standard workflow and guidance to be generated for the ease of management and performance stability- Co-ordinate and communicate with other departments for better studies over the internal needs and smoothening of internal intra-departments issues- Collecting updated market information including the rates and operations of the similar market, as to help improving own products’ competitiveness in the market- Introduce different new service products as to cater the ever-changing market needs- Have ongoing review and development over the online portals to support the changing internal and external needs, and communicate with the IT team for requirement and deployment- Monitor the sales figure and the shipment amount figure, in turn reviewing the P&L performance. Regular reports to be prepared for both own and management usage, as to help analyzing the overall and specific performance on the aspects of service products and customers basis

- Be responsible in the operations-related matters for the new department start-up- Design the operations workflow for the warehouse staffs- Design the online portal for the usage of both customers and internal processing, and co-ordinate with IT team for deployment and implementation- Conduct internal education to other departments like sales team for better understanding over the new product- Support the decision preparation of the service rate structure, and the preparation of marketing and sales materials- Co-ordinate and co-operate with external service vendors in the construction of the service channels and the usage of their related existing services

- Responsible for handling export shipment. Preparing the shipping documents, arranging collection of shipment from clients and making flight arrangements.- Responsible for handling import shipment. Notifying the clients about the shipment arrival information and arranging the delivery.- Communicate with the armored vehicle crew, arranging the routing and job tasks for the crews. Preparing daily schedule for the vehicles.- Communicate with offices in different countries, ensuring smooth information inflow and outflow about shipments and arrangements.- Serve clients with specific request, about the pick-up and delivery of shipments, ensuring the process is highly secured.- Communicate with forwarders like FedEx and UPS to keep track on the clients’ shipments, keeping the clients updated about the shipments’ status and providing assistance in solving problems such as customs clearance problems.
