In the past 3 years I have successfully facilitated the growth of a business from 140 staff up to 700 staff, implemented local and international campaigns from cradle to full operation and tested and launched a new business channel for a business internationally. I have dealt with business locally, in the UK and Australia. I am a hands on type who rolls up his sleeves and gets his hands dirty.My expertise is not limited to contact centres, having spent 12 years building a successful career in asset finance with WesBank and then joined a start up as a national sales manager which was purchased by Tracker where I was offered a national sales role.
