Production and Technologies Department Ensuring the operational efficiency:- Work to stabilize the quality of products (including involvement of specialists from international communities), consumption rates of raw materials and reagents, reduce losses in polymer productions company (polyethylene, polypropylene, rubbers and thermoplastic elastomers), the introduction of digital tools aimed at improving quality manufactured products;- Expertise of projects to reduce operating costs, improve the quality of finished products and productivity in polymer productions;- Organization of trainings on technologies of production of polyolefins and rubbers, with the involvement of specialists from world communities.

R&D center of synthetic rubbers- Generation and implementation of ideas for optimizing the production of synthetic rubbers (SSBR; Nd-BR; Ti-BR; SBR; NBR) and thermoplastic elastomers - reducing costs, improving the quality of finished products, reducing off-spec;- Planning, organization and support of production trail products;- Planning and organization of procurement chem. reagents.

R&D center of synthetic rubbers (solution and emulsion technologys) and thermoplastic elastomers. Main areas of research:- modification of initiators polymerization;- end-chain modification of polymers;- modification chain of polymers:- control of molecular weight;- etc.
