• Manage the Campus Security, Fire Safety and car park operations• Provide security advisory service to community• Head & lead all investigations into all security related matters• Plan and prepare fire and safety audits for campus• Develop Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plan• Conduct Emergency Response Exercises• Oversee upgrading of security project/equipment

• Review, develop & implement Standard Operational Procedures for security and car park operations• Provide security advisory service to Tenants• Committee member of Crisis Management Team• Head & lead all investigations into all security related matters• Plan and prepare the fire and safety audits for Raffles City Tower and Raffles City Shopping Centre• Conduct Fire Evacuation Emergency exercise and In-Place Protection (IPP) drills• Conduct Fire and Safety training programs to all staff• Prepare Capex budgets for Fire, Security and Car park operations.• Oversee upgrading of security projects
