Responsible for Romania & Balkans• Closing monthly periods• Closing VAT Accounts• Capitalization of assets, master data creation and running of depreciation• Preparing of Cash Flow, balance sheet and P&L report using BPC Tool• Working with ERP - JDE• Making different reports in MS Excel• Bookkeeping and reconciling of three ledgers (IFRS , local and tax)• Working with ViaReport (Tool for IFRS16)• Monthly reconciliations of the responsible accounts• Supporting implementation of projects and continuous improvements• Reporting for NSI and BNB• Booking of differed expenses, accruals and provisions• Submitting of Tax Information Package• Continuous improvement – Instill the mindset of continuously improvingthe migrated processes in terms of standardization, optimization, andefficiency.

• Budgeting: Manage long and short-term business planning• Reporting: Quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily and ad hoc reporting• Forecasting: Long and short-term corporate, business unit and product forecasting• Analysis: Break even, Scenarios, Ishikawa and ad hoc financial analysis• Controlling: corrective actions, corporate governance, trade contracts and processes controls.• Accounting: IFRS and local GAAP reporting and audit• Tax: VAT, Corporate taxation and audit• Pricing: Sales price build up and update• Costing: COGS build up and process analysis• External relations: auditors, tax officers, banks and large vendors• ERP: SAP and BW, BPC, Hyperion.

Main responsibilities: • Working with accounting software - Biznes Navigator and Microinvest TRZ Pro• Working with primary accounting documents• Submitting of VAT, VIES declarations and patent tax• Booking of Bank statements• Payroll preparation (Decl. 1 and 6, sick leaves, maternity leaves)
