I have been leading companies for over 25 years. I have extensive experience in the production of goods for the fashion and sports industries. I have created iconic brands in Bulgaria and around the world (Kolev and Kolev, KK, Small Foot). The KK baby shoes are worn by every second baby in Bulgaria as it makes its first steps. Small Foot inflatable snowshoes are sold in northern countries all around the world. Clients include military (UK), rescue services, athletes.I created and ran a chain of children's shoe stores (physical and internet). I am an inventor and I have registered patents for inflatable snowshoes and an inflatable stretcher. The companies I have created have won numerous Bulgarian and international awards for design, quality, social responsibility, business and innovation. I have been nominated for Manager of the Year many times in Bulgaria.I have two master's degrees from Technical University Sofia - in Electronic Engineering and Microelectronics, as well as Marketing and Management. I have also completed production management specializations in Japan and Austria.I have significant experience in managing people and projects. My expertise is in production, retail and wholesale, marketing, implementation of ERP systems, e-commerce. I am an entrepreneur at heart and the people I work with trust me and follow me.I can help you introduce new products and brands on the market, find and research new markets, restructure companies, optimize processes and implement ERP systems.
