To accept the completed works, to provide the strict observation of project requirement to well construction, geological technical order, operating technical map, schedule and other documents on drilling operations Take measures of preventing the complications and other defects of borehole, compliance of approved technology of workover, well testing and completion in the strict accordance with the plan of conducting separate operations Check the quality of circulating fluids, introduce the actions on improving the quality of operations. submit timely the orders for required providing with testing tools, equipment, completion materials, lifting and transportation vehicles, spares and other technologies and materialsProvide preparation, keeping and timely submission of approved documentations and reports, including the inventory write-off. To manage over personnel, equipment, supplies and storage of material values Manage directly the complicated and dangerous operations as per beforehand developed plan or order. Participate in execution and control directly the pressure testing, running completion, logging, perforation, stimulation, coiled tubing, nitrogen pumping, fishing, cementing and well flowing operations in accordance with the approved technology of operations. Organize the preparation of materials and equipment for stimulation, cementing and completion and control this process. Prepare daily reports.
