- Monitor all of the ODM's quality issue. Handle all of the quality affaires from pilot run to mass production. Include standard setting and ORT following.- Lead for customer quality service, customer feedback and complaints handling, manage the corrective and preventive actions process- Analyze, report and communicate quality trends and/or defects to everyone top-to-bottom, plan and implement Continuous Improvement programs;- Work with manufacturing engineer team to improve process capability, initiate 8D to resolve or prevent quality issues and customer complaints;- Plan and implement audit & related training for ODM or their parts vendor.- Responsible for new products launch and products transfer required qualification and quality manual set up. - Change management, make sure proper ECN, PCN executions- Implement, execute and maintain supplier audit and development.- Follow up suppliers’ major issue, lead analyze and implement the right corrective action. - Plan and perform internal audits

- Handle video, wireless, Bluetooth products’ quality control. Leads QA, engineering team do the line improvement to increase the products’ quality and decrease scrap in manufacturing and reworking. - Responsible to lead trial run at supplier and qualify product for mass production.- Through monitor the final process to check the quality of the stamping and molding process and lead the team do some analyzing and implement the corrective action.- Lead the new product quality control planning& qualification. Coordinate with engineering team to prepare the PPAP, APQP, PFMEA document.- Control the materials’ quality and work with supplier team make improvement.- To handle customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard;- On side solve some quality issues with customer quality control team- Review customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan in order to ensure the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan.- Review product quality performance, and develop process quality improvement plan and monitor the implementation;- Handle key quality issues in production in order to improve product quality performance.- Involve in external audit in order to ensure audit process smoothly.

- Support quality manager for CQE function management, lead for customer quality Service, customer feedback and complaints handling;- Take charge to manage all of the sub-contractor products' quality improvement. Audit for the local process and lead the improvement action to meet our requirement.- Responsible to lead QA team for the In-Process quality improvement and out going for quality - Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials, solving complex quality engineering problems in creative and effective ways- Supports supplier quality engineer in improving and reporting vendor processes.- Provide the guidance to engineers to handle the RMA, preorder, stop-shipment process to ensure non-conformance material& preproduction handle properly; - Handle customer audit, internal and outside audit for quality system and quality management
