- Responsible for overall Sealand Asia Ecommerce and Digital strategy, performance and execution to deliver digital transformation.- Owner of Digital Customer Journey (DCJM) to drive Digital Customer Journey mindset within Sealand Asia organization - Work and engage with all Sealand Asia's countries (South East Asia, North East Asia and Bangladesh) to deliver on customer felt measures and internal business efficiency. - Manage PMO function to drive project management with project owners and provide stable framework to ensure key milestone are met and risks are managed for Sealand Asia.- Chair cross functional department meeting as part of Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) community in addressing actions and micro-battles that requires cross function collaboration
