The majority of my experience has been in the customer service industry with an emphasis in retail sales. However, I have honed my skills interacting with consumers and working on my communication skills to best serve the needs of people regardless of the industry I work in. I have a strong sense of community and a strong connection with issues involving the day to day lives of people. My ideal career is to help marginalized communities bridge the gap between themselves and a variety of resources that will benefit their future and their families. I have now added to my repertoire a role as substitute teacher helping students in grade K-12 learn based on the lesson plans provided by their respective teachers. Math, Reading and Writing are all skills that I will teach. I will do my best to lay the foundation for a child’s educational experience and be an aid to the administration and teaching staff at every school I substitute.
