Contract/consultancy with Imagesound (2-3 days per week). The key function of this role was to grow the business's offer and presence in the digital signage arena. This involved working closely with the IT team to develop a bespoke CMS suited to their retail client needs, also training and development of staff and input to design and implementation of various display systems. Another significant aspect of this role was working directly with high profile multi-site retailers, to cultivate effective screen channel strategies as part of their wider customer engagement efforts. This involved close liaison with client side and internal creative teams. During this time, the innovative use of digital technologies to engage customers and enhance the the store visitor experience, has become my key area of interest. My piece was successfully concluded and handed over, when a full time position was created within the business, to continue the project.
