My interests and knowledge stretches across multiple disciplines that I like to channel in to my work with food.My field of study in university was in Arts and Culture. My education helped me deepen my relations to creativity and aesthetics. That gave me the confidence and character I needed to create and perceive visual work. My fascination of food is giving me sense of awe, that has been driving force for my career. Journey that has been and keep being full of growth, joy and gratification, but also hardship that is helping me build more sustainable practice and stronger work ethic.I am coming from a culture that cherish food not only for its gastronomic values but also as a source of remedies and nourishments. Naturally, through my life I have been investing more and more time and effort to research science based evidence of how certain foods affects our bodies. The relation between what we eat and our health captivates my endeavours to create and produce food that brings less harm.Serving and creating food is my true passion and great source of agency and gratitude.
