With a lifelong passion for hands-on work and a firm belief in treating people right, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 11. From selling gum out of my school locker to completing my first complete cab swap on a semi-truck at 14, I was a go getter from a young age. After college, this non-drinking, fun loving person, started a party bus company “for the scenery”. After successfully running it for a decade, I was no longer able to turn heads any longer and the time was right to sell. After a brief hiatus, I joined Village Travel, tasked with the challenging role of merging two long-standing rivals. My successful management led to my promotion as the General Manager for two of the company's locations and eventually to overseeing each of the locations we acquired along the way. After managing a total of 5 locations in three states at the same time, I cried mercy and asked for some help. Today, I proudly lead a team of committed leaders at Village Travel, instilling in them the same core values with which I was raised. My leadership style blends long-term strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a desire to stay engaged to remain relevant. This approach has been pivotal to my continued success as a leader.
