Move by Volkswagen is a product under Volkswagen Mobility Solutions Rwanda that offers comfortable mobility services with the new Volkswagen vehicles that are assembled in Rwanda.As a Customer Care Agent / Photographer during Made in Rwanda Exhibition 2018, I was in charge of :- Confer with customers in person or by telephone to provide information about Move by Volkswagen App.- Installing Move by Volkswagen application in customer's phone and provide requested assistance on how to use it and other necessary information. - Create and edit images to be used as adverts on social media platforms.- Writing captions for posts and capturing the moments of Made in Rwanda Exhibition 2018.

SBFIC East Africa is a non-governmental organization that is based on the expertise of German Savings Banks Finance Group that provides support in capacity building of their partners institutions in the region to become self-sustainable and professional organization.As a Junior Consultant, I was involved in : - Consolidation of Umurenge SACCO Sector and establishment of a cooperative bank in Rwanda;- Implementation of the Dual Apprenticeship System in Rwanda;- Professionalization of the Rwandan Micro-finance Sector;- Organization and conduction of assessment centers for both Rwandan and International Junior Consultants;- Review of the curriculum development of modules for the training institute RICEM (Rwanda Institute for Cooperative, Entrepreneurship and Micro-finance);-Support in the development of the SBFIC East Africa's capacity development strategy and preparation of Capacity Development.
