Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy in Serbia.

Serbia

From 2016 I am Country sales and marketing manager in Farmina Pet Foods responsible for Greece, Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria. The main duties include preparation and execution of yearly sales and marketing budgets. Build and drive agressive sales growth, build and drive brand image with stakeholders, setup & develop brand positioning, deploy corporate strategy, build, engage and training of local teams. Also, improvement of dealer performance using a standardized Farmina’s coaching approach, implementation of sales processes, analysis of sales potential, direct marketing strategy implementation, establishment of HR structuture, monitoring sales performace and preparing contracts, as well as setting targets and pricing.

Serbia

From 2009 I have been working as a sales representative in OMV Serbia in Commercial Department, PC Lubes. My main duties included improvement of the sales volumes of all the products allocated to PC Lubes (Lubes and Greases, Fuels and AdBlue), manage the relations with all type of customers with focus on A,B customers. From 2011 I have been a sales representative in PC CRT. In addition to the sales of Fuels, Lubes and Greases and AdBlue I was responsible for corporative Routex cards sales to commercial road transport customers. From 2014 I have been a direct sales manager.As a sales representative I implemented the PC plans, organized an appropriate reporting structure in close co-operation with the superior and taking measures in case of deviations.Personal liability regarding the strategic key customers (partnership structuring, fair participation, contract conclusion) checking and ensuring the compliance with the company and PC directives regarding the risk management, debenture management. Close co-operation with the colleagues from country and abroad for the synergy identification and the acquirement of market knowledge. Drawing up reports on the market and competition. Using a CRM system (according to the superior’s directives), insuring the optimal information circuit towards the superior and towards the other interfaces, and insuring the maximum customer satisfaction (manner of acting in case of complaints…) keeping good business relationships with existing and finding new customers.

From 2004 to 2009 as a director of representative office and sales manager I was employed in Sonex Investments S.A. My main duties were commercial, representative and marketing activities, and also consulting. Sonex Investments S.A. is the agent of companies which produce and trade with all kinds of additives, finished oils and basic raw materials, such as: Evonik - RohMax Deggusa-oil additives (Germany), RheinChemie (Germany), BASF (Germany) Additive Chemie Luers (Germany), Rondine-Selenia, Petronas (Italy), Nynas (Belgium) and Houghton (USA) for Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and FRY Macedonia.

Serbia

From 1998 to 2004 I was employed in “I.K.A.” company where my responsibilities included raw material acquisition, production management, sales and delivery of goods on territory of Serbia. Company “IKA” is a producer and seller of finished lubricants (industrial and automotive), detergents and wrapping material.
