Work in the department of My MTS - the line of telecommunications products of MTS:Key Results in My MTS Department:- Helped to define a strategy and created interfaces for a single storefront that supports 55 MTS products, launched in 2022.- Provided design support for b2c personal account of mobile communications.- Redesigned b2c mobile personal account using a unified MTS design system.- Developed a system of interfaces for launching new MTS tariff plans.- Redesigned the website on switching to MTS with a number of other operators, resulting in a 5% increase in conversion.- Managed a team of 6+ designers in My MTS department, including onboarding new designers, conducting 1-on-1, retrospectives, reviews, working through issues with designers, and task management.
