I’m mainly responsible for leading a team of qualified engineers to deliver a Calendar component for the OfficeSuite Mail application (similar to the Calendar component in Microsoft Outlook)

Represent the business.Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value/ROI.Convey roadmaps of the products.Share vision and goals at the beginning of each Release/Sprint.Consult with the stakeholders, create feature proposals that improve the product.Lead the team technically.

- Technically leading a Kanban team of 5 people.- Taking architectural and ALM decisions for new projects.- Lead role in the architecture, development and deployment process of a microservice oriented .NET Core project.- Reviewing code of the team and facilitating knowledge sharing. Continuously improving the knowledge base of the team.- Participating in architectural and ALM related decisions for old legacy projects.- Collaborating between Clients, Developers, IT and QA to constantly improve application lifecycle management - from architecture to deployment- Providing VSTS migration support to multiple big companies- Maintaining applications- Creating development plan for interns.

- Creating new applications using the latest available technology stack and integrating best practices- Managing infrastructure. TFS/VSTS Build, provisioning and managing infrastructure using SCVMM- Managing deployment infrastructure- As a self initiated project in my free time I created a new orchestrational tool from scratch that enables background-provisioning of infrastructure during builds - when a build is started, it creates a new virtual machine, provisions it, configures a build agent to run on it and then continues to run on that build agent. Once the build is done (failed/succeeded) the virtual machine is disposed. This tools optimizes and utilizes hardware resources to the absolute maximum.- Maintaining legacy applications
